About Bumpy Roads® Apparel

Bumpy Roads® Corp. is a New Hampshire corporation formed by Gary R. Rowe and Gary R. Rowe, Jr. to build a market for its own brand name, quality apparel line. The product lines include active wear and casual apparel for men, women and children and screen print or embroidered apparel for corporations, organizations or events. Bumpy Roads® pursues these markets through two major lines of business operating under two registered trade names. The first line of business, operating under the trade name Bumpy Roads® Apparel, markets its own brand name apparel. The target demographic market for the apparel line is the 13 to 40 year old age group. Within that age group market segments will consist of casual apparel, active apparel for the casual athlete and apparel for the extreme sports enthusiast. Later, when growth of the business dictates, a third trade name, a sub market in the apparel line, called Bumpy Roads® Kids Apparel will be introduced. This product line would be aimed exclusively at the age group of 0 to 12 year. The second line of business operates under the trade name Bumpy Roads® Graphics. This line of business produces tee shirts and other apparel for contract customers using its own brand name products or other brands of apparel to produce items for corporate customers, organizations and events.

Management

Gary R. Rowe, the corporate Chief Executive Officer, holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College). Mr. Rowe has nearly forty years experience in various aspects of business, both in the public and private sectors. Mr. Rowe took early retirement from a Massachusetts municipal water commission where he served for thirteen years, retiring from the position of Deputy Director of Finance. For the next seven years Mr. Rowe owned and operated his own consulting business providing consulting services to governments in the acquisition and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Mr. Rowe also owns Armchair Entertainment Inc. a New Hampshire corporation that deals in intellectual property. Gary R. Rowe, Jr., the corporate President, holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Construction from the New Hampshire Vocational Technical College in Laconia, New Hampshire. Mr. Rowe is a licensed Journeyman in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103, in Boston, Massachusetts and holds a Massachusetts contractor’s license. Mr. Rowe spent a number of years in the direct marketing of concert and sporting events shirts. Through this activity he has made a number of connections to resources within the apparel industry that will aid in the success of this organization. Mr. Rowe has enhanced his marketing skills through a self-study pursuit of the subject.
