Prices are subject to change without notice.
Terms
American Express, Master Card and Visa are accepted forms of payment.
Personal check accepted, however, merchandise cannot be shipped until check has cleared.
Shipping
All stock items will be shipped same or next day. All orders are shipped UPS ground, F.O.B. Salem, NH unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges include UPS ground, insurance and a $3.75 handling charge.
Returns
No returns without prior authorization. No return of washed or soiled goods. All claims for shortages, damage, etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus all freight charges. Authorized returns receive merchandise credit. Credits expire if not used within one year. |
